原因是github被墙

ERROR  Failed fetching remote preset dcloudio/uni-preset-vue:
ERROR  RequestError: Client network socket disconnected before secure TLS connection was established

解决办法：
用git拉取 https://github.com/dcloudio/uni-preset-vue

然后把路径替换就可以啦
